The Vancouver Bach Choir
The Vancouver Bach Choir was founded in 1930 and is one of Canada's most revered
symphonic choruses. In the early eighties, VBC needed a children's choir
for a performance of Carmina Burana and formed a group from the offspring
of VBC members. This was so successful that Bruce Pullan was invited to make
the project permanent. VBC launched its Children's Chorus in 1984 and has
watched its development with great pride, still under the auspices of the
adult choir itself. Bruce Pullan is Music Director of the whole organization.

The British Columbia Choral Federation
The BCCF is a non-profit organization that has been working with choirs and choir-related activities throughout BC since 1978. The Vancouver Bach Choir (and by extension, our family of choirs) is a member choir of the BCCF.
